Sauk City: Arkham House. Softcover. Wraps, saddle-stitched 8.5x5.5". The first three volumes of the publication that replaced the annual Arkham House bulletin-announcements. Number One, Summer 1967, (pp1-24), primarily covers Arkham House publishing plans along with poems by Derleth and Joseph Payne Brennan. Number Two, Winter 1968 (pp 25-52), increases the poetry contributions. Number Three, Summer 1968 (pp 53-88), includes a tale by Brian Lumley, "The Cyprus Shell", and J. Ramsay Cambell's essay on films based on Lovecraft stories. Soft crease to bottom corners of Numbers One and Two, else fine, no previous owner's marks. Item #37291
